Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients.
  2. Shape into walnut shape balls and cook until brown in frying pan.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. In a seperate pan mix all sauce ingredients and heat to almost boiling.
  5. Pour over meatballs and let meatballs absorb sauce.
  6. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
