Ingredients:

  • 8 cups beefstock, unsalted/low sodium
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp tabasco

Directions:

  1. Brown the meat with the onions,
  2. Add the beef stock, and the peeled and cubed potatoes and the shredded carrots.
  3. Bring to a simmer, let simemr for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
