Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion, celery, and parsley in mixing bowl. Add ground turkey and mix well.
  2. In a shallow baking dish pat mixture into a 7x3x2-in. loaf.
  3. Bake in 350* oven for 35 to 50 minutes or till no pink remains.
  4. Transfer to serving plate. Spoon barbecue sauce over meat. Makes 4 servings.
