Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet
  2. Add onions and celery
  3. Saute until tender (about 10 to 15 minutes)
  4. Stir in parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the bread cubes, mixing very well.
  7. Combine milk and eggs and pour into stuffing mixture.
  8. Stir in 1 cup of the chicken broth.
  9. Shape stuffing into balls. Do not make wider than 1.5 inches in diameter.
  10. Place in well greased baking pan.
  11. Pour broth over balls.
  12. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees Farenheit for 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
