Directions:

  1. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish Preheat oven 350% Place all ingredients, except cheese and bacon in a large bowl.
  2. Beat with electric mixer til smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon mixture into dish.
  4. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
  5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Can use instant potatoes.
