Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan melt butter and saute celery for 5 minutes or until soft.
  2. Stir in sauce mix. Gradually stir in half and half.
  3. Add sherry and broth.
  4. Stir over low heat until soup bubbles and thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in crabmeat.
  6. Simmer 15 minutes longer.
