Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice a head of iceberg lettuce into quarters through the
  2. Stem end. Cut the stem off of the wedges and arrange each one
  3. On a chilled plate.
  4. Spoon dressing over the lettuce. (generous)
  5. Place the onion slices and blue cheese atop the wedges.
  6. Sprinkle with the bacon and tomato among the plates.
  7. Garnish with fresh pepper.
