Marinated Steak and Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 steaks, cut in strips ( blade or round)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 (16 oz) package shanghai noodles

Directions:

  1. Marinate steak a few hours.
  2. Fry steak until medium.Remove from pan.
  3. Fry peppers and onions.
  4. Add marinade to pan.
  5. Add steak to pan.
  6. Toss in noodles that have been cooked in boiling water just until they seperate.
  7. Mix and serve.
