Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs round steaks
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag.
  2. Add steak, making sure to coat both sides with the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate for 3-4 hours.
  4. Drain marinade.
  5. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
