Marinade for Fresh Grilled Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 4 (4 oz) tuna steaks

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag or container and marinate in fridge for 1 hour or so - turn after 30 minutes.
  2. Then grill, basting as fish cooks. Cook about 7-8 minutes on each side.
