Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar (+/-)
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Directions:

  1. In a 2 qt.
  2. Pyrex measuring cup or microwave safe container, stir in rinsed berries and sugar.
  3. Cover with vented plastic wrap.
  4. Cook on high for 12 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1/4 cup brandy and 1/4 cup more sugar.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
