Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Directions:

  1. Spread the cranberries in an iron skillet that has a cover.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar over the berries, cover the skillet and place in over at 250F for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the lid and pour the brandy in the skillet Serve.
