Baked Brandied Cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 2 (12 oz) bags cranberries
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Directions:

  1. Place the cranberries in a glass 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cover the cranberries with the 2 cups of sugar; do not stir.
  3. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake 50-55 minutes in a 350 degree oven; until the cranberries burst.
  5. Remove from oven. Remove foil and stir. Let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with the brandy. Stir in the 1/3 cup of sugar.
  7. Cool to room temperature; then refrigerate.
