Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  2. Add the eggs, flour salt and maple syrup.
  3. Fold in the pecans.
  4. Combine well then pour the mixture into the pie shell Bake at 400 for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 375F and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the mixture is firm and a skewer inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
  5. Serve plain or with whipped cream flavored with vanilla.
