Ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 deg
  2. Beat the sugar and the butter until wet and creamy
  3. Add the eggs and the essence
  4. At low speed add the yogurt and the dry ing.
  5. Fold into the greased pan and bake for 35 to 45 mins .
  6. Cool it .
  7. Sprinkle the yogurt on the cake and frost it with whipcream
  8. Arrange the fresh mangoes on top
