Ingredients:

  • 3 cup sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook rice
  2. Mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a pan
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add sauce to rice
  6. Cover and let sit for an hour
