Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. GARNISH:.
  2. In saucepan, cook almonds and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, till sugar is melted and almonds are coated.
  3. Cool. Break apart. Set aside.
  4. SWEET 'N' SOUR DRESSING:
  5. Pour all ingredients into jar with cover. Shake well. (May be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks)
  6. SALAD:.
  7. Thinly slice celery and green onions, including the tops.
  8. Chop or tear lettuces into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Place lettuces in plastic bag. Add celery and onions.
  10. Pour Dressing into bag
  11. Drain and add orange segments.
  12. Close bag tightly and shake till lettuce is well coated.
  13. Arrange in bowl, sprinkle almonds over top.
  14. Serve.
