Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry Bacon a little over half done
  2. Add onion and green pepper
  3. Add 1 tb. worcestershiresauce and 1 tb. garlic powder
  4. Fry just till cooked
  5. Boil Rice and drain
  6. Add Bacon and rice and pimientoes and pepper and garlic to taste
  7. You may need more worcestershiresauce
  8. Sometime I add a little smoked sausage when The Bacon starts to cook
