  1. Line crock pot wtih a plastic liner, if desired.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pot, stirring together.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 7-8 hours, HIGH 3-4 hours.
  5. NOTE: We serve this over steamed white rice for family dinner.
