Ingredients:

  • 1 (7 oz) can minced clams
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened )
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Mostly drain the clams, but leave just a little liquid.
  2. Put everything in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer to a good consistency.
