Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water and when tender, drain and mash. Set aside.
  2. Combine cream cheese and butter until well blended; stir in milk and onions, salt and pepper.
  3. Fold into potatoe mixture; mix well. Place in 13x9 baking dish evenly and top with paprika and cheddar cheese if desired.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
