Ingredients:

  • 4 slice bacon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. )Place bacon in 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole.20Cover loosely and microwave on high (100 0/0) until crisp,3 to 4 minutes.3)Remove bacon,reserve.4)Pour off all but 1 tablespoon bacon drippings.5)Add remaining ingredients to dripping in casserole.6)Cover and microwave 3 minutes;stir.7)Cover and microwave until hot,3 to 4 minutes.8)Crumble bacon and sprinkle.
