Macadamia Nut Pancake Recipe-Basic

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 apple (optional)
  • macadamia butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs and sour cream; add to dry ingredients.
  2. Place large spoonful on hot griddle and cook until bubbly and able to turn.
  3. Turn and cook on other side until lightly browned.
  4. Serve topped with sliced apple, bananas, toasted coconut, and macadamia butter.
  5. Serve with passion fruit syrup.
