Directions:

  1. Brown and saute onion and broccoli in skillet with the butter.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients,
  4. Stir until cheese is melted and soup and rice are incorporated.
  5. Fold into a buttered baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes (or) until top is bubbly and brown.
