Broccoli Casserole With Blue Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blanche broccoli in salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain
  2. In frying pan, melt butter & olive oil, add onions, & garlic till tender
  3. Add seasonings
  4. In 9 x 13 pan, put broccoli, top with oil/onion mixture and toss over broccoli to coat. If needed add a lttle more olive oil.
  5. Top with blue cheese. (If you want more, enjoy)
  6. Bake at 350 till bubbly and cheese is semi-melted
