Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (4 oz) can pimientos
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 pinch dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce , optional
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Process cheese, onion and pimentos in a food processor.
  2. Add other ingredients and stir till mixed well.
  3. Store in a screw-topped jar in the refrigerator.
