Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take melted butter, egg and milk and beat until combined.
  2. Sift in dry ingredients.
  3. Add grated cheese, chopped spring onions and avacado.
  4. Pour in milk mixture to dry ingredients with bacon.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Spoon into well-sprayed deep muffin tins.
  7. Bake at about 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until firm in the middle.
