Low Fat Chocolate Pudding Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with butter, press into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Add milk to dry pudding mix, beat with whisk or on low speed until well mixed.
  3. Gently stir in 2 cup of whipped topping.
  4. Spread into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 45 minutes.
  6. Before serving, using a pastry bag with star tip, top pie with remaining whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate remaining pie.
