Low Fat Banana Wacky Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.
  2. Make three wells in mix.
  3. Put banana and oil in one well, vinegar in another and vanilla in the third.
  4. Pour water over top.
  5. Stir.
  6. Pour into 8x8 pan.
  7. Bake at 375 for around 30 min until springs back when touched or comes out clean when poked w/fork.
