Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1 1/3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour batter into 3 greased bread pans till 1/2 to 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. check with a knife inserted into the center of loaf after 1 hour and 20 minutes for doneness. If knife comes out mostly clean, its done.
  5. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
