Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 35 oz tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onions, and garlic. Cook until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, coriander, red pepper flakes, and salt. Simmer 25 minutes.
  3. Recipe makes eight servings.
