Low Cal Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz chicken (mine was already cooked skinless thighs, for my sammy only used two)
  • 2 slices light whole wheat bread (for mine only used 1)
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise (for mine only used a tsp)
  • lettuce (as much as you like)
  • spiracha hot chili sauce (rooster sauce)
  • garlic powder (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Toast the bread in the toaster oven, or toaster only half the way, unless you don't have a toaster oven, then toast all the way.
  2. Add mayo.
  3. Put chicken on one slice of bread, if you have a toaster oven put back in between light and medium, but keep an eye on it so it doesnt burn.
  4. Put rooster sauce on bread with just mayo, spread around.
  5. Then put some rooster sauce over chicken then add lettuce. sprinke with some garlic salt or powder if desired.
  6. Put piece of bread with mayo and rooster sauce on top and enjoy!
