Lorraine Kelly's Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 (300 g) packet of fresh penne pasta
  • 1 (250 g) can tuna
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta accoridng to the instructions on the packet. Fresh pasta takes about 3 minutes. Dry takes about 9 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is boiling, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, curry powder and chopped onion. Drain the pasta and spoon the tuna mixture over.
