Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in the coconut.
  2. Place pie crust in pie dish. Pour combined mixture into the pie crust.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes in preheated 350 oven.
  4. Let cool and serve.
