Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, cover peas with water. Bring just to a boil over high heat. Immediately drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well.
  2. In a bowl, combine peas, ham, onion, green pepper and celery.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together equal amounts of mayonnaise and salad dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add enough mayonnaise mixture to salad to coat well. Cover and chill several hours.
  5. Serve salad on a bed of salad greens.
