Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut top from bread and set aside.Carefully scoop out inside of bread and tear into small pieces
  2. Place torn bread into a large bowl
  3. In a large skillet heat butter and oil
  4. Add minced garlic
  5. Let sizzle for a few seconds
  6. Add spinach, artichoke hearts and heat through
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Add to bread pieces in the bowl.
  9. Toss until well mixed
  10. Add cheeses, olives, capers, seasonings and toss well again
  11. Pack bowl contents into hollowed out loaf and replace top
  12. Wrap in foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
  13. Unwrap and drizzle a little olive oil on top crust.
  14. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
  15. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
