Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the dried herbs thoroughly.
  2. Store in an air-tight container out of the light.
  3. Use two teaspoons per cup of water.
  4. Heat water to boiling.
  5. Remove from heat and add the two teaspoons of herb mix. Let steep 8-10 minutes.
  6. Drink a cup of this tea twice a week to help support the liver.
