Gingerroot Tea to Cure a Cold

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put grated ginger and water in a pot and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add cayenne pepper and simmer for 1 more minute.
  3. Remove from heat and add 2 Tbsps of fresh lemon juice, honey to taste and garlic.
  4. Let cool slightly and strain before drinking.
