Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins (or combo of raisin or c raisin)
  • 3 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Cream the sugars and butter together. .Add vanilla and eggs-beat well.
  2. In separate bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well. Stir in oats and raisins-mix well. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy - .
