The Best Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Beat together butter and sugars until creamed.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
  4. Add combined flour, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix well.
  5. Stir in oats, raisins, chocolate chips, and coconut.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake ten minutes.
