Linguine with Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup white flour
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 3/4 lb linguine

Directions:

  1. Heat garlic in margarine.
  2. Sprinkle in flour and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add milk and keep whisking until thick.
  4. Add shrimp and cook though.
  5. Serve on Cooked pasta.
