Light Honey Whole Wheat Homemade Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Directions:

  1. Place ingedients in bread machine pan in order given.
  2. Push DOUGH MODE
  3. When dough is ready separate out onto 2 cookie sheets. Form about 21 small balls of dough. This makes a nice little bun size that can be sliced later for sandwhiches.
  4. Let rise for 30 mins (until double in size)
  5. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes or until done.
  6. Can also form into 2 loaves and bake in loaf pans for 20 - 24 minutes.
