Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 325.
  2. Put bread cubes in greased 9x9 pan.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and pour mixture over bread.
  4. Bake uncovered for 60-75 minutes.
