Light and Tasty Veggie Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/8 cup onion
  • 1/8 cup bell pepper
  • 1/8 cup mushroom
  • 1/8 cup tomato

Directions:

  1. Sautee veggies on meduium heat with non stick cooking spray. Scramble eggs and pour over top, turn eggs until done.
