Ingredients:

  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup lentils

Directions:

  1. Dice potato, onion, and carrot
  2. Add carrot, garlic and onion to sauce pan and sweat over medium heat.
  3. Add potato and lentils. cover with water.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
