Directions:

  1. Soften Onions and garlic in butter on low heat for two minutes
  2. Add tomatoes, lentils, lemon juice, vegetable stock. Coconut milk, and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Until lentils are cooked.
  4. Ready to eat.
