Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350, line a muffin tin with liners or spray lightly.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl or meas. cup, add the apple cider vinegar to the almond milk and set aside.
  4. In another small bowl, mix the ground flax with the water, whisk for a minute then set aside.
  5. Whisk the rest of the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl then add in the almond milk mixture and the flax egg mixture.
  6. Add wet to the dry, mix well but do not whip or over mix.
  7. Pour into prepared muffin tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sugar.
  8. Bake for about 22-23 minutes.
