Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Heat sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest and water over medium heat until thickened.
  2. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and butter.
