Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 large lemon , juice of
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter, stir in the flour and sugar, then the water and lemon.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until it thickens.
  3. Taste and if it seems too sour add a bit more sugar.
  4. (it all depends on the size of your lemon).
