Lemon Burst Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:

  1. In a jar with tight fitting lid, add everything but broccoli
  2. Shake to combine and refrigerate for at least an hour
  3. Steam broccoli until tender crisp, about 8 minutes
  4. Put broccoli in serving bowl and add lemon dressing
  5. Toss to coat
  6. Cook time does not include chill time
